We are proud to have as our special guest Eileen King who is Justice for Children's Washington DC regional director. JFC is a nonprofit organization with a mission to raise the consciousness of our society about the failure of our governmental agencies to protect victims of child abuse and to provide legal advocacy for abused children. We are also pleased to have on our show Karen Boarders. Karen was involved in law enforcement for several years. She became recognized for her specialized expertise in the area of child abuse, domestic violence, among others. She has served as a hostage negotiator on the special tactics response team. Boarders and Mclaughlin provide evidence based risk assessments in high stakes legal matters determining the risk to the child and/or parent and providing fast and reliable assessments to all parties involved.
