Gina Destito is a Health and wellness practitioner and a Certified Colonic therapist. She has sought to learn and educate people worldwide on alternate methods of mind set, shift, healing and natural wellness modalities.

Her own serious injuries over the years and health issues led her to search for her own personal wellness and healing.  She has a passion to share, educate, provide information, and the tools to shift and change your mind-set in moments to reflect the authentic reflection of your authentic self.

Gina comes from a long Italian heritage and has traveled the last 3 years in Europe.

She states that the Mediterranean diet is heralded as the secrets to longevity and health.
