Military Transitions

Military Transitions (MT) is a nationally recognized in the transition from military service to civilian employment. Their focus is on the civilian hiring organization in making veterans successful, while directly contributing to the retention of veterans. MT brings a unique ability to translate between military and civilian cultures to bring out their benefit to one another.

Founder, Emily King is the author of, "Field Tested: Recruiting, Managing & Retaining Veterans", a guide for private sector organizations. Her training course for civilian HR professionals, "Essentials of Hiring & Retaining Veterans", and received the seal of approval from the HR Certification Institute. Her course, "Essentials of Coaching Veterans & Reservists", is designed for practitioners who need to gain insight and tools for making military and former military personnel successful outside of the military environment.
