Most of us have heard and read of the story of David and Jonathan. We know about their great friendship and how God placed a great love between them, but did you know that David and Jonathan had made three covenants with each other before the Lord? 
We know that David came into his destiny to become King of Israel, but did you know that Jonathan failed to reach his destiny? Did you know that Jonathan failed to keep his covenants with David and in the time of testing and suffering that Jonathen chose the house of Saul (his bloodline) over the covenant he made with David? Instead of choosing the cave of Adullam, Jonathan chooses the Kings palace and the ease and comfort of his family and home over the wilderness and as a result Jonathan dies with Saul, instead of ruling with King David.David in this story is a type of Christ and Jonathan a type of the believer. Join us for a very prophetic and important word.
