Ladye on the Radio

I have a wonderful young lady with me today named Jaira Byrams. And you will be hearing about this girl!  She is a wonderful, wonderful singer, and you're going to hear a little of that today.  She's also a writer, she writes songs and poetry. 

Another 7th-grader, Bree, is going to be with us as well and she has some questions she's going to ask Jaira.  And I have my co-host, Susan Scher, host of her own show, In Other Words…

We recorded this show on October 2nd, and as we air this today, Jaira is winging her way to Los Angeles.  She's going to take on Hollywood, and I'm telling you, she is going to make it!  You heard it here!
