Lucinda Walters Naia grew up in Illinois wanting to travel and see the world.  To date, she has lived, worked, and visited more than 30 cities and 12 countries.

After spending more than 15 years in corporate America, Lucinda escaped the trenches to create a meaningful life and establish SOAR Consulting.  She is the co-author of “101 Great Ways to Improve Your Life”, and is currently writing her next book on power of positive language.

Today Lucinda uses creative problem-solving techniques with a variety of clients including Fortune 100 corporations, entrepreneurs building their businesses, and individuals seeking more success.  She has coached client executives on how to manage change within their organizations as well as helped individuals to create more of what they want in their lives.

Lucinda is a "creative problem solving entrepreneur” and her most recent mentorship program is called “In The Moment" Mentoring which is a laser focused 60-minute breakthrough session that her clients are enjoying incredible results.
