Routines vs. Cycles – What is the most suitable energy for the New Earth?

When we think about it, we all have our daily routines – The 'ceremonial' actions we do every day like waking up and brushing our teeth, eating breakfast, etc. However, not all things are exactly as they appear to us. As we are about to step into the new earth we need to ask to step with a better understanding of what is around us and within us. 

On the other hand we have cycles. People get confused between a cycle and a routine but it's very easy, once you understand the idea. Imagine a bicycle. It moves forward and forward. This is a cycle that creates movement - a flow. It's dynamic and it creates more changes because as we ride forward with our cycles, we expose ourselves to new places, new depths, and new awareness that we can use to connect better to ourselves and each other in all levels. It even helps us to receive better energy and of course release dis-eases.

Routines can trap us while cycles allow us to be free and grow. Come share your understandings of this and we will share ways to use cycles to grow and stop routines from trapping.
