Balancing the brain and the heart is a critical healing function. Too much brain can block our road - too much heart can make us too vulnerable. Both, balanced as one, allow us to live in the energetic flow of a peaceful calm, which lets us grow and flourish. Heart and brain together allow us to remove walls before us and use the bricks of these walls to build bridges to our future. Join Sharon Bar Or, Sue Graywolf and Jim Graywolf this Wednesday, Nov. 6, at 1 PM MT, 10 PM Israel time as we walk thru our minds and hearts. We welcome our guest this week, Adriana Greco, who will talk about this heart/mind connection from the perspective of youth. Adriana is an intuitive and spiritual journeyer - all at the age of 19. Her words and thoughts are insightful; combining her youth and older spirit.

The heart is the first organ to be created in all creatures, including humans, and often the last organ to expire in our bodies. Its’ strength and resiliency matches its’ softness and feeling. The brain is the organ to activate the other parts of the body. Without either working smoothly we are less than we could be. Trust and surrender between the two is the healing approach that will maximize the function of each and keep them in harmony. How do we accomplish this? Tune in and hear the ways of elders and science we have learned - and the ways our listeners have learned.
