Our Personal Medicine Wheel - Chakra Energy

Chakras are the energy points of the body. Connecting us to the universe. But they are so much more. In spiritual clearing and healing work they are amazing tools we can use. Many people only work on the chakra or chakras they feel are closed. Not always a good idea, as all must be worked and in balance for best spiritual and physical energy flow. The chakras are another version of medicine wheel continuity and understanding.

Working on and clearing our chakras helps mind, body, spirit and emotional health. In ways often not considered. Working with a partner and joining our internal medicine wheels brings even more benefits. And connecting this inner medicine wheel to the circle of nature brings the healing energies of the natural world to us. Join us as we talk about these and other ways to walk this medicine wheeel inside us.
