Destruction of the temple and the Holy of holies

God gave us power over our own bodies, whether we prosper or destroy our bodies with the things we subject it to or put into it is up to us; we have power in Christ to be able to enable our bodies to heal itself, for it is our Faith in Christ that makes us whole. Our body is the Temple of the Lord, created for the habitation of the Holy Spirit, but we daily destroy our bodies/temple by what we do physically and spiritually.
1 Corinthians 3:17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
1 Corinthians 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God,
