After a seven-month review, the Commission on College Basketball recommended a series of changes intended to address issues it believes are responsible for corrupting the sport. The commission recommended changes in four strategic areas, and the NCAA Board of Governors and Division I Board of Directors have committed to implementing them before tipoff of the next basketball season.
