The terorist attacks on 9/11 was devastating to the victims, our country and the world because it signaled a new form of warfare, unlike any we had seen before. Paul Lawrence Vann was a lieutenant colonel in the United States Air Force at the time of the attack, he was stationed in the Pentagon for 12 consecutive years and lost friends in the attack.
