Photobucket You're in for quite an episode with the incomparable Pam Bauer. Pam Bauer creates dramatic success in all people’s lives by changing their thinking. Pam believes that at our core, our beliefs, our values and our character dominate our ability to succeed or fail. Pam has proven her life philosophy works; as a child, she was impoverished and was in fact even homeless for a time. She was the first to graduate from high school in her family of four, including two older brothers. She received her BA in education from Olivet Nazarene University and her MA in writing from Western Illinois University. When she was told she couldn’t afford to attend college, she knew something greater. She acted as if she could attend and funded 100% of her college and graduate school education by working her way through. Pam knows that education and training are the keys to a successful future, and that success also is achieved through knowing and envisioning success before it occurs. Pam Bauer now has 30 years experience in training and education, and has built successful programs with Bob Mager and Roosevelt Thomas. At the age of twenty, she started her career as a University instructor. After being rated the top instructor in the University department, she transitioned into the business world as an instructional technologist with the Bell System and eventually moved up the ranks to the role of Vice President with Right Management before starting her own company in 1991.
