Raymond V. Davis III is an Independent running for the 1st Congressional District in West Virginia. Mr. Davis was born in Maryland and at the age of 9 moved to West Virginia. Mr. Davis received his A.A. and A.S. at West Virginia Northern Community College and has a B.S. in Marketing from West Liberty State College now West Liberty University and a M.B.A. in International Business from Salem International University. In college Mr. Davis served as Vice President on Student Government. He knows the problems of West Virginians.
