Stephanie and Lina talk with special guest Pepa Rivero de Wenrich of Parening Coach Miami. As a mother, I learned to respect the teachers that play such an important role in the life of my kids. As a teacher, I came to understand even more the irreplaceable role that parents have in the education of their children. No matter how soon children attend school, or how many hours they spend there, parents are still their first and most important educators.
Parenting coaching is exactly what the name implies. It is not therapy. Parenting coaching simply assumes that parenting involves skills that can be taught learned and improved upon with dedicated practice. Parenting coaching helps parents to learn more effective behaviors that are missing from their current repertoire to be able to handle daily family conflicts in a more effective way.About me. I am a wife, a mother, a Montessori educator, a Leadership Parenting Coach certified by The John Rosemond Institute and the founder of Parent Coach Miami. I was born and raised in Spain, where I studied Business and Law. I later married an American and moved to Mexico, where our two children were born. We moved to Miami, Florida in 2003, where I started a new career in early childhood education.
Through my business Parent Coach Miami, I offer individual coaching and group presentations in both English and Spanish. I share John Rosemond’s parenting approach with my clients because it is clear, simple, easy to implement, and has an immediate positive impact on the lives of the entire family. I also share the tools that I learned as a teacher that helped me be a more understanding and flexible mother, and my personal experiences as a mother of a cross-cultural family, which is a fascinating and challenging life.
