Dr. Audrey Hovannesian, Director of Information Technology, Assessment/Accountability, and Institutional Effectiveness at Victor Valley Union High School District discusses assessment in higher education/education in this second episode of Educate to Elevate.

Dr. Hovannesian currently oversees the TechEd Department of Victor Valley Union High School District which supports and enhances teaching and learning in all subject areas to prepare students for college and career success in the global community. Prior to joining the TechEd Department, she was the Associate Director of Assessment at the California State University Office of the Chancellor. She is a national researcher and dashboard designer specializing in the assessment of institutional effectiveness.

We will highlight strategies on student success that include a dialogue concerning research knowledge and the limits of that knowledge. We hope that our conversation will promote more active commitments to applying existing knowledge and funding more projects that gather knowledge for the benefit of all students.
