The Four Elements of Success teaches that leadership can come from any profile.  What that means is that often in teams and companies we see how personality plays a role in hiring, onboarding and promotions.  Certain jobs might require a certain skill set or temperment so companies often turn to personal assessments for answers and assistance.  Time has proven that not all personality profiles are created equal.  Depending on what you are trying to measure, the landscape can get varied quickly.  Laurie Beth Jones, the author of the Four Elements of Success has made it easier for teams, leaders, managers and even families to negotiate and communicate while getting things done (GTD).  This week on the show Dr. Rhonda Ellis will share how the Four Elements of Success has impacted her leadership style, coaching and working with teams.

Dr. Rhonda S. Ellis has been inspiring others with her passion to help leaders calm the daily chaos and provide tools to enhance communication and boost team collaboration.  This week she has invited a friend and colleague to share on the show.  Michelle Hobbs is the Executive Director of the Healing Gardens of NWA (Northwest Arkansas). Michelle spent 8 years as the Director of Operations at Susan G. Komen, Ozark Affiliate, and 2 years as the Business and Finance Manager for the Ronald McDonald House of Charities of Arkoma. Non-profit has been part of her life for over 10 years. She feels a deep compassion to help her community and make it a better place for all. Michelle will share how the Path Elements has been of benefit working in the non-profit sector and volunteers, and how knowing her PEP profile has helped her overcome communication challenges.  Welcome to the show Michelle
