This precious faith Peter spoke about first its the life style for the born again person, who have accepted the righteousness of God which was demonstrated by the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross which you and I have accepted through faith and now we are member of of the household of God. Now adding virtue, knowledge,temperance,patience, godliness, brotherly kindness and charity, it inhances our moral and spiritual growth as a bliever and guide us along the righteous parth, which is not our own righteousness, but the righteousiness of God.
