Technology and access has lowered the threshold of what it takes to become a Real Estate Investor. With this dynamic, there is an over-saturation of participation in the Real Estate industry, which is eating up the supply of good deals and opportunity. In order to be creative and innovative enough to find new methods of success in Real Estate Investing, it takes a FULL TIME effort.
