"We all have that sick feeling from time to time of something gone wrong. You have butterflies in your stomach. Your mouth is dry. You are either suddenly sweaty or cold. These are many of the symptoms of fear but what can you do to overcome fear and live more peacefully? These steps will show you how.

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. What I mean is do you feed calm or fear in your life? Do you set yourself up by creating fear? Is it irrational? A phobia? Scenario: You watch the nightly news and wake up with nightmares every night. You go to a horror flick with friends because you will be the “fraidy cat” if you don’t and yet once again, nightmares. Now you are afraid to go to sleep for FEAR you will have nightmares.  Turn off the TV and go to a comedy. What you put into your body including media has an effect on you. Be kind to your body and give it whole foods and positive influences. It’s amazing how bright everything seems when you do this.

LIVE AN UPRIGHT LIFE. Few of us are perfect but living a life with good intentions and consideration for others goes a long way to alleviate fear. If we do the right thing then we won’t be running from the police, or the dealer, or the creditors. If you are having trouble paying your bills talk to someone. Doing the right thing isn’t always the EASIEST in the present moment but it certainly makes things less painful down the road of life.
