Gentle Beginners Hatha Yoga classes started with her January 9th and will go through until Dec. 2014 with holiday breaks, vacation breaks, etc.

Aka Level Seven's next musical gig is at the Anne Steven's House in Lake Helen, FL Jan. 23rd at 7:30 pm on Kicklighter Road.  The only Bed & Breakfast on that road.  Quaint, intimate and beautiful to lounge in.  On Saturday Chris and I will be performing at Creative Arts Cafe in Lake Helen this Jan 25th starting at 6:30 pm off Main St behind the Police Station.
