Owner/Founder of Next Level Boys Academy, LLC (NLBA).  Next Level Boys Academy, LLC is an innovative organization that offers Daily Mentoring through their Afterschool, Summer Camp, Saturday School, Boot Camp and Sports Programs. NLBA also offers a Saturday Mentoring Program entitled “The Male Room” which invites  males of all ages out to EXPLORE, EXPRESS and to become ENCOURAGED through discussing various topics. 

Mr. Davis is also the Founder/Executive Director of Next Level Empowerment Center, Inc.(NLEC),  a nonprofit 501 (c) 3 organization that provides a comprehensive mentoring program for young men between the ages of 5 to 18.  Next Level Empowerment, Inc. also offers a Pre-Trial Intervention and Diversion Program through the judicial system, which is an Alternative to Prosecution, for young men ages 17 to 25. Next Level Empowerment Center, Inc. has had the privilege to rehabilitate a great number of young men through their Diversion Program which prevented them from serving 10 to 15 years in prison. Next Level Empowerment Center, Inc. also mentors young men at local churches, group homes, foster care institutions and also at local elementary, middle, and high schools throughout the Greater Atlanta Area.
