Our Own Voices Live presents, Are Black Neighborhoods more dangerous than any Other?

Welcome to another edition of Our Own Voices Live! Today’s topic : Are Black Neighborhoods more dangerous than any Other? According to a report published a few weeks ago there were three areas located in Las Vegas that were listed in the top25 most dangerous areas in America. There was one that was in the top 3! After this report was published some leaders in the black community believe it to be flawed. If so, is this still an opportunity to address the actual violence and high number of incarcerations in minority communities with a specific emphasis on the Las Vegas area?
