In it, she says there was an “altercation” that she tried to break up, and in the process hurt her leg and she can’t move. That happened 60-90 minutes before she called 911, she says in the recording. Hayes also maintained Clark “was not hysterical” and he wasn’t hitting the windows of the ambulance like investigators had said.
