Emergency Program: Stadium bond sales delayed due to lawsuit with Doug Mann

The disposition of the construction of the new Minnesota Vikings stadium is in trouble. Petitions by Doug Mann, Linda Mann, and David Tilsen are Minneapolis Residents and allege that the use of local, City of Minneapolis tax money to pay for debt service on the bonds is unlawful. Since there is no provision to pay in full the principal and interest on the bonds, the bond sale should not be validated by the Minnesota Supreme Court.
