Hector Palacios born and raised on the south side of Bronx New York is a former drug addict, dealer and alcoholic who was shot multiple times and left for dead is now an ordained Pastor from C.O.G.I.C., and multiple other organizations. He is the husband of Mary Palacios for the last twenty years and the father of two beautiful children Elijah and Gianna.              

 He is the founder, Apostle and Pastor of God’s Elected Warriors Int’l (G.E.W.) INC. located 4010 Deal St. East Chicago, IN. delivering the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and the prophetic anointed word of healing to prisons and rehabilitation centers throughout the United States.

Apostle Hector Palacios received his call, and has been recognized throughout various parts of Mexico such as Tijuana and Mexicali Baja California. He also has been acknowledged by Apostles and Bishops in several other countries such as Brazil, Philippines, Africa, India, Colombia and Velenzuela. He has appeared on radio broadcasts in the Chicago land area, Northwest Indiana as well as the region of Baja California MX., Yuma AZ. and Southern California. He has been on television ministry on several occasions. His ministry has reached inmates here in Westville, Indiana State Prison and Mexicali jail.
