Interesting though, take 2 Realtors and place them in the same room, from the same company, approximately the same age and experience in real estate, heck even the same religious background and gender and you will get two (not one) versions of the same answer. Both are are sort of correct, but neither is the right answer. Now image that the Toronto Real Estate Board has 26,000 members. Many who only do a couple of deals a year...
