Join Mende as she talks to Millicent Borges Accardi Millicent Borges Accardi lives in Topanga Canyon, CA where she telecommutes as a technical writer and occassionally teaches as an adjunct instructor. Her writing awards include poetry grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, The California Arts Council, and the Barbara Deming Foundation. She's completed writers residencies at Vermont Studio Center, Jentel, and Yaddo, an artists community in Saratoga Springs, NY.
