McCain's Vp Choice Sarah Palin Is Somewhat A Maverick, McCain Is Not

Sarah Palin, governor of Alaska appears to be what John McCain isn't, a maverick. Palin has bucked up against the corruption of her fellow Republicans in Alaska, she seems to care about environmental regulations and she prefers Obama's Energy Plan over McCains. She is currently under investigation but Dems say she has been more than co-operative, she does not appear to be a Bush republican. Overall she appears to be a good choice but is it enough to overcome McCain's character and judgement flaws?
