In this episode of AKANFO NANASOM - Ancient Authentic Akan Ancestral Religion, we examine the Akradinbosom Dubaako, the Eleven Abosom (Deities) animating the solar, lunar and planetary bodies which govern the 7-Day Akan week, and the numbers sacred to them.

Nkanee means 'number' in Akan. Nkanesem references the affairs, issues, study of numbers. The eleven Abosom (Deities) comprising the Akradinbosom also govern the eleven body systems within the Afurakani/Afuraitkaitnit (African~Black) human being and all natural cycles in Creation. The numbers sacred to and manifest through these Divine Spirit-Forces in Creation are related to their energic-frequency and inform the manner in which we align with them ritually, inclusive of giving offerings, talismans, animal totems, divination and more. We have preserved the invocation of these Abosom and their sacred numbers in Hoodoo - Akan Ancestral Religion in North America.

We examine our books AKRADINBOSOM - Akan Abosom of the Okra/Okraa (Soul) and 7-Day Akan Week, Volumes 1 and 2. We also discuss registration for our upcoming DUBAAKO - AKRADINBOSOM: Training Intensive and Ritual Retreats which will take place in May and June in various cities.
