ODWIRA: Ra and Rait (Creator & Creatress) are Grandchildren of Amen and Amenet

In this episode of ODWIRA we address the identities of Ra and Rait, the Creator and Creatress, as Grandchildren of Amen and Amenet the Father and Mother Supreme Being. The proper delineation between the Supreme Being and the Creator and Creatress, Who are subordinate to and Servants of the Supreme Being, is key to our understanding of cosmology. It is also key to aligning with these Divinities consciously as Afurakani/Afuraitkaitnit (African~Black) people.

We will address the cosmology of Amen and Amenet as shown in Khemenu and Ta Apet (Hermopolis and Thebes) and its expression in Akan culture. Amen and Amenet are called Nyame and Nyamewaa, while Ra and Rait are called Nyankopon and Nyankonton in Akan culture. There is a great deal of misinformation being propagated regarding the eight primordial Divinities, misnomered 'Ogdoad', and the nature of the Creator and Creatress that must be corrected.
