There is a great deal of misinformation regarding the origin of the terms 'yoga' and 'chakra'. These terms and their functional definitions do not have their roots in sanskrit or and proto-indo-european language. They can be found in the language of ancient Kamit (Egypt) and have been used by Afurakanu/Afuraitkaitnut (Africans~Black People) for thousands of years - prior to the existence of the whites and their offspring on Asaase Afua (Earth Mother).
