Hiawatha Cromer is the director of the Assembly of Yahweh Wellness Center in Lansing Michigan. Her emphasis is on training people on how to make "simple, high-enzyme, high-nourishment foods" and to give them an understanding of the benefits of these foods, and of the other aspects of the program, so they can carry as much as possible into their daily lives in a fairly convenient way.
