THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT (SELF-CONTROL)

*Self-Control- Stayin In Charge of my Thoughts, My Feelings, & My Actions rather than letting them Rule me. (ABSTINENCE, CONSISTENCY, DISCIPLINE, RESPONSIBILITY, & BALANCE).

*SELF-CONTROL-When A Follower of CHRIST, Chooses through THE POWER of THE HOLYSPIRIT  to STAY IN CHARGE of their Thoughts, Feelings & ACTIONS, rather than Allowing them to CONTROL them. That is Exercising SELF-CONTROLUnder THE SPIRIT’S DIRECTION. (Galatians 5:22-25, John 18:13,19-24, 28-40; 19:1-4, etc)

* SELF-CONTROL is A PERSONAL DISCIPLINEwhich Enables us to LIVE BALANCED LIVES instead of Being Governed by Personal Hungers, Moods, or Emotions such as Anger (The Black Male). We Must REALIZE that It Is NECESSARY that We use SELF-CONTROL if we are to be EFFECTIVE LABORERS in THE HARVEST.
