You need to plan Your Employment Strategy: Use your physical, mental, educational strengths and limitations to decide on your job goal. If you are not job ready, find out if an Older Worker assistance program can help you? On-the-Job Training? Vocational Training? Apprenticeship? Veterans Assistance?
Decide on a job goal. Give yourself a target date to re-enter employment. Include time needed to develop / update skills. Past employment, training, volunteer & hobbies can help you in your career choice. Check out government incentives, Tax Credits, and Assistance.
