GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA REALTOR DARLENE PIFALO JOINS US FRIDAY NIGHT AT 7 TO CONTINUE OUR DISCUSSION ON THE HUD OVERREACH WHICH WAS INTERRUPTED LAST FRIDAY. THE SATELLITE CONNECTION WAS LOST FOR AN UNKNOWN REASON RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DISCUSSION BUT WE'LL CONTINUE WHERE WE LEFT OFF. ONE OF THE BIG ISSUES LEFT TO DISCUSS IS THE DIFFICULTY OF QUICK CLOSING ON A SALE, PARTICULARLY WHEN THE SALE ALSO INVOLVES A NEW PURCHASE AS WELL.  WE'LL DISCUSS WHERE THIS IS GOING AND WHAT THE IMPACT WILL BE ON ANY BUYER OR SELLER.  THE BOTTOM LINE IS IT IS NOT A GOOD THING AND IT DOES NOT SIMPLIFY AN ALREADY COMPLICATED PROCESS.  DARLENE'S 25 YEARS IN THE MARKETPLACE MAKES HER THE PERFECT GUEST TO CONTINUE THE DISCUSSION.
