Facing Your Fears Radio Talk Show with Host Evangelist Norma Chapman and Co-Host Pastor Doris Smith along with our Special Guest Mr. Ira Thomas will be discussing the essential to having meaningful discussions and a process that can lead to reform that makes sense and can be implemented by police departments. Communities, cities, town, advocates all across our nation are demanding police reform as the answer to police misconduct. We must consider the many suggestions that groups and communities are asking for to determine whether or not they can become standardized, practical and achievable and can it be implemented in police departments?

Juvenile delinquency is known as juvenile offending, or youth crime by participation in illegal behavior by minors. It is the habitual committing of criminal acts or offense by young people, especially those under the age at which ordinary criminal prosecution is possible. Behavior of a minor  child that is marked by criminal activities, persistent antisocial behavior, or disobedience which the child's parents are unable or unwilling to control that requires police and the juvenile court intervention. The discussion will focus on what should the police be doing about juvenile delinquency and juvenile crime.
