AFRICAN AMERICANS AND MENTAL ILLNESS AWARENESS

Dr. Rahn Bailey, M.D., a certified forensic psychiatrist shares little known information about mental disorders/illness and how they affect millions in the general community. The show has an emphasis how African Americans need to address mental illness, as a growing medical issue. He has been featured on CNN and MSNBC discussing psychiatriac treatment in criminal cases,such as in sexual assaults by sexual predators. He is a member of the National Medical Association, a professional organization of African American doctors, and also serves at the House of Delegates in Wash., D.C.
