Self-Mastery Part I with Brugh Joy

Brugh Joy, author of Joy's Way and Avalanche is another of my heroes. Brugh is a teacher of Heart Centered Transformation and Spiritual Enlightenment. His courses deal with body energy fields, hearling techniques using energy transferred through the hands, and Self-discovery. His teaching includes shadow work (seeking insight into an individual's unconscious side), understanding drfeams and projections, and exploring high-intensityh sound, rituals, collective energy dynamics, and intuitional states of consciousness.
