Whether the issue is charter schools, vouchers, teacher evaluations or superintendent caps, the Christie Administration has changed the debate on public education in New Jersey. While the administration wants to head in one direction, Gordon MacInnes, a former assistant commissioner of education and state senator and assemblyman, believes many of the reform movement’s concepts will not bring about the desired changes – and he believes some may actually be detrimental to public education.  Please join host Ray Pinney as he gets Mr. MacInnes views on public education in New Jersey.
