Rev. Kelley is committed to helping others see their own Divinity, the best in themselves no matter what situation or circumstance they are in, and realizing that they have within them all they need. She is an Agape Minister and is the Director of Admissions and Registrar at Agape University. She is also the Director of the Agape Association of Communities, which is a Global Community based in Relationship.

Rev. Rio was first introduced to Agape in the fall of 2000 and immediately entered into classes and sacred service. She continued her studies and became an Agape Licensed Practitioner in July 2004. As an Agape Practitioner she served in the Prayer Ministry, and also began assisting in the University classes. She became an Agape Minister in 2012 and her path as a minister continues to emerge as she strives to embody the qualities of Authenticity, Enthusiasm and Elegance.
