Earthquake in Haiti
On Tuesday, January 12, 2010 a 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck Haiti. The epicenter was located 15 miles WSW of Port-Au-Prince. Since then, there have been 59 aftershocks from the initial quake. A number of these were nearly as devastating as the initial impact with some ranging from 4.2 to 5.9 magnitude in strength.
