Welcome Deborah and Jonathan Flora, director/producers of Lt. Dan Band: For the Common Good airing Thursday, 13 SEP on the Documentary Channel.

Jonathan Flora is an award-winning producer with Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment, directing commercials, music videos, and a series of PSAs addressing Military Suicide Prevention.

His Award Winning Documentary, "Lt. Dan Band: For The Common Good" featuring Academy Award Nominated Actor Gary Sinise with appearances by Robert Duvall, Jon Voight, and more. In 2011, he received the inaugural Santini Patriot Spirit Award given annually to a filmmaker whose work honors American veterans or their families.

 Jonathan is veteran of the U.S. Army's 82d Airborne Division and serving 12 years in the military. He serves on the Advisory Board for the GI Film Festival, formed to honor films that celebrate the successes and sacrifices of the American military.

Deborah Flora, co-founder of American Women Media, has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry. Most recently, she produced the award winning full-length documentary, "Lt. Dan Band: For The Common Good" featuring Academy Award® Nominee Gary Sinise, and Academy Award® winners Jon Voight and Robert Duvall. Prior to forming Lamplight Entertainment with her husband Jonathan, Deborah worked in development for production companies that have won Emmy Awards®, Golden Globe Awards® and awards at Sundance.

Deborah also has extensive experience as a broadcaster, host and actress. She has appeared in television shows, feature films, commercials and numerous theatre productions.
