Player Spotlight: LB Brandon Maye, Mississippi State

Brandon Maye has been a regular on the college football scene for the last four years, as he was a three year starter at Clemson and then started for the Bulldogs this season after graduating early with a degree in sociology.

Brandon did not lose any eligibility and was able to play for Mississippi State in a very similar situation to Russell Wilson at Wisconsin.

Maye has benefited from playing in a variety of pro-style defenses that utilize NFL terminology and his ability to play all of the linebacker positions makes him an extremely appealing draft pick for some of these hybrid defenses we see at the next level.
