Talking Motorcycles with Bill Gately, Steve Morehead and Tommra Kiesow

On this episode we will debate AMA Pro Flat Track's ban on restrictors for Expert Twins in 2014. We will examine this hot topic from many perspectives with some power players in Grand National racing. Team owner Bill Gately of the Bonneville Performance Factory Triumph Team, Steve Morehead AMA Pro Flat Track Manager and a GN rider with 23 National wins on unrestricted twins and Tommra Kiesow with the IMDA Springfield Mile will share their take on the controversial ban. Bonneville Performance is returning in 2014 with National #91 Mikey Martin twisting the grip. Bill will share his unique insight on the effect the ban will have not only on the Triumph but other makes as well. 

Steve Morehead will be on hand to discuss the reasoning behind the new policy as well as his take on the special skills this will require of the Grand National Experts. He should know with 23 Grand National victories many on 1/2 miles and all on unrestricted twins.

Tommra will give us her take on the effects on ticket sales at one of the most historic venues on the tour and the first twins race of 2014 at the fastest mile in the world.
