Neil Thompson Speaks! - Margaret Meloni

Once a programmer, then a project manager and IT executive, and now a coach. Margaret Meloni has had an interesting journey. After suffering the indignity of being laid off, she decided that enough was enough and launched her coaching business, Meloni Coaching Solutions. She offers online courses and counsels clients one-on-one. She gives her clients the freedom to be their authentic selves at work and the knowledge of how to address conflict as opposed to how to avoid it.
