As President and CEO of The Daniele Company, Gloria is a highly experienced professional and accomplished construction executive with more than 25 years in building construction and project management as a general contractor and construction manager.  Gloria has led the company in transforming visions into reality for its clients through Relationship Integrity, Execution Excellence and providing Superior Customer Value.  A key business strategy has been collaborative partnerships with several major construction companies that has allowed the company to complete over $200 million in projects targeted in higher education, healthcare, manufacturing with a focus in pharmaceutical, automotive, aviation, and governmental markets. Gloria is the current Board Chair of the National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC), the first woman president in the organization’s 43 year history.  She has previously served as Executive Vice-President of NAMC, NAMC Board of Director member for the past six years, and served as Chair of the Major Corporate Partners Committee. She is a founding board member and past Chair of the United Minority Contractors of North Carolina which is the State Chapter for NAMC.  She is a member of the North Carolina Coordinators Network, the Women Presidents Organization, Carolinas Minority Supplier Development Council, and the US Green Building Counsel as a LEED Accredited Professional.  Gloria was also selected to participate in President Obama’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness Roundtable in Durham, NC.  In addition, she received the 2011 Women of Color Achievement Award from the 100 Black Men of America, Women Presidents Organization and American Express Open.
