My Family Health is a children's, teen, and Parents nutrition, healthy eating, and wellness broadcast and we are an Acts 2:38 Apostolic Christian Bible discussions and Bible study broadcast. This is a Family oriented, Pro-family, and Pro-life broadcast. My Family Health features recipes that are healthy, simple to cook and nutritious, plus we talk about vitamins, minerals, omega fatty acids, the emerging co-op stores and co-op working environments. We also talk about prayer, thanksgiving and praise, and what it really means to be "BORN AGAIN", and what you need to do to inherit eternal life. Jesus said: "IF YOU LOVE ME KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS".
