Tam Smith is an independent consultant with Damsel in Defense.  Tam’s success is grounded on her passion for teaching her three beautiful girls that women can be a force to reckon within all aspects of life, especially as business women.  The mission and mantra of Damsel in Defense is EQUIP, EMPOWER and EDUCATE.  Tam knew she had to get involved, especially having experienced domestic violence first hand.

Spirit Journeys radio is about embracing the fact that each of us is on our own unique journey. We must encourage and care for ourselves on a daily basis in order to remain on the path. Spirit Journeys radio will provide the necessary nourishment. There will be servings of wisdom and coaching from Rita, and the entrée will consist of the questions and comments from you, the listener, as you share your journey experiences.
