The Bible said, in Matthew 2:1-6  Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of Herodthe king, behold, wise men [astrologers] from the east came to Jerusalem, asking.  Where is He Who has born King of the Jews ?  For we have seen His Star in the east at its rising and have come to worship Him

When Herod the king heard this, he was disturbed and troubled, and the whole of Jerusalem with him.  So he called together all the chief priests and learned men (scribes) of the people and anxiously asked  them where the Christ was to be born.  They replied to him, In bethlehem of Judea, for so it is written by the prophet :

And you Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, you are not in any way least or insignificant among the chief cities of Judah; for from you shall come a Ruler ( Leader ) Who will govern and shepherd My people Israel.  [ Micah 5:2 ]

THE COMING OF JESUS SHOOK THE WORLD:

When Jesus came, he shook the foundations of all world leaders and especially of the Jewish nation.  Herod thought that was it his end had come.  A new King had arisen in the land.  But you see Herod misunderstood the coming of Jesus.  Jesus's mission for an eternal mission to Save people from their sin and establish a new Kingdom from God.  Jesus had come come to put an end to injustice, Jesus came to put an end to opression, Jesus had come to set mankind free.  If you do mnot understand why Jesus came, you might think when he come into your life as Lord and Saviour of your life, you think he is going to make your life miserable.  This is the lie of the devil,  Jesus came so that you might have life and have it more abundantly (John 10:10 )

Rejoice for your blessings have come not to be poor and miserable any more.
